WESTON RIDGE HOUSE

Perched above Garrapata State Beach, the Weston Ridge House takes full advantage of its location and the scenery that comes along with it. The modern home was designed by Big Sur regular Mickey
Muennig in 1977 and features wood beam ceilings, concrete floors, and stone fireplaces that reflect the rugged surroundings. Its 5,560-square-foot interior is comprised of four bedrooms, each with its own grand vistas, along with an upgraded kitchen that opens to the main living area. Keeping the focus on the landscape, a floor-to-ceiling glass facade brings in views of the Santa Lucia mountains and the California coast. The 10-acre property also includes a guest cottage offering an additional bedroom for visitors.
